They openly call Moustapha a terrorist on a wanted list so here is my question, can they prove that he is wanted?
Do they know the Moustapha is a political leader in his country? Do they know Moustapha secured the release of hostages by AQMI? Do they even know that Moustapha occupied very senior positions in Burkina Faso?
It is clear to me they know very little.
Why would they highlight President Kagame and not the Emir who happens to own PSG among other global business.
Are they trying to say they know better who is a terrorist than the Emir and President Kagame combined?
What authority do they claim here? They know better, they know more, they will choose who investments are welcome, they will tell us who is a terrorist?
They should focus on Kayumba Nyamwasa’s travels and Rugujiro’s investments, it is obvious that they are in touch with them, financed by them and directed by them. How do they travel? Or how does an FDLR die in German prisons with Ugandan citizenship?
It has been well over a month since launching Mucyo’s Blog. Initially, the blog is a review events and places in Kigali, around Rwanda, and tourist attractions.
As I was surfing online, I stumbled on a series of very hateful fakenews on Rwanda! Two in particular were shocking, David Himbara and one RPF Gakwerere. I then started a fakenews review and quickly discovered that it is an entire industry!
Fake news about Rwanda must be making them money, from Genocide denial to violent opposition groups like FDLR, RNC, P5, etc… have polluted the internet with so much fake news that it must be making them money.
To stay on track with the initial objective of this blog, reviews, I have just opened a new tab “Kigali Reviews” where I will post my reviews of events, businesses, venues, and maybe even football matches.
My first review will be on Italian restaurants in Kigali, looking for the best Pizza.
Himbara has finally admitted that the Rwanda-Ugandan border is open in writing. He admits that the border is open but says the Rwandans are not allowed to cross to Uganda causing financial losses to transporters. The RNC lobbyist Himbara is finally ready to debate the real cause, the security of Rwandans in Uganda.

Why are Rwandans are not travelling to Uganda? Why has the Government of Rwanda issued a travel advisory against travelling to Uganda? These real questions should be analyzed and answered.
Uganda is not safe for Rwandans because the government of Uganda has adopted a hostile policy to Rwanda. Uganda is not safe because CMI and other Museveni regime agencies are harassing Rwandans, illegally arresting them, illegally imprisoning them, torturing, and holding them incommunicado!
CMI in many cases works with RNC to do this.
It is an open secret that RNC, a terrorist group, has pitched camp in Kampala. It enjoys safe heaven and more, it enjoys state power in Uganda. RNC, whose spokesman is David Himbara, try to force Rwandans to join their dissident group or face persecution. Hundreds of Rwandans have suffered this current persecution in Uganda leading to a travel advisory.
Either Himbara is worried about the commercial impact of his group’s persecution of Rwanda or he is worried that his group cannot find new victims to torment. Either way, unless Uganda is safe enough for Rwandans, he should not expect the government of Rwanda to lift its travel advisory. Human lives are more important than trade or politics.
David Himbara should also go through all his post and correct them. He should write the truth, the border is open but Rwandans are not travelling to Uganda!
David Himbara has just written an article criticizing President Kagame style of leadership. Himbara, the RNC lobbyist, does not like that President Kagame is holding government officials accountable to the people of Rwanda. He begins with a massive lie that the President of Rwanda is the only appointing authority, something that would simply be impossible to implement and continues with his usual lies in translating and misquoting.
As the lobbyist for a group that threw grenades at innocent civilians in Rwanda, Himbara’s priorities and morals are skewed. His priority is that Rwanda should be managed in an ineffective and an unaccounted manner. Currently, the world economic forum ranks Rwanda 7th in government efficiency. This result is because of President Kagame’s leadership who will use his office to hold everyone accountable.
Himbara is bitter as he did not make the cut in Rwanda precisely because he wants to be held unaccountable for his inefficiencies. Luckily for him, his new employees, Rujugiro and Museveni, are both a great match for corruption, inefficiency and ‘unaccountability’.
As you publish very intellectual economics on bus companies – a copy paste from Rwandatoday – we are enjoying your small dance.
It is evident that you lied when you said Rwandans cannot get to Kenya. It is also evident that you skipped the real issue, your orchestrated persecution of Rwandans living in Uganda.
Your fabrications, in conjunction with CMI (The Ugandan secret service) have landed Rwandans in torture chambers. Do you expect the government of Rwanda to make it easy for you to land more in jails?
Himbara, RNC Lobbyist, your politics are against Rwandan interest and your acts confirm that you are the Ugandan spokesman.
You can therefore continue to twist and turn facts for as long as you want. Rest assured Rwanda will do its best to keep us safe from you, your RNC, your associates and sponsors (Ugandan CMI, FDLR, P5).
If you were genuine in your concern for Rwanda, you would post one short article denouncing the ongoing persecution of Rwandans in Uganda. I will, however, not hold my breath as those persecuting are your bosses!
We know Rujugiro and Museveni are behind everything you write and are the cause behind every tortured Rwandan.
Most likely, you will simply ignore suffering Rwandans in Uganda and enjoys you blood dripping check.
The RNC chief propagandist David Himbara has “taken issue” with President Kagame’s speech, made during the Head of State’s current visit upcountry. It was expected that Himbara would come up with more negativity, since that is what he is paid for anyway.
One of the things the RNC mouthpiece slowly has morphed into is “de-facto Museveni-regime spokesperson”! Every attack on Rwanda, and more particularly its leader is done in coordination with pro-Museveni websites, Facebook accounts or blogs.
If only Himbara and his associates knew how silly their manipulation games are! Here he is, claiming that “Kagame’s entire speech in Burera was veiled threats against Uganda.” What nonsense! Himbara is a character that obviously thinks his patron Museveni can spend all his time spitting on Rwanda, then expect Rwanda’s leader to say, “oh, no problem, it is only raining!”
Lying as usual, Himbara goes on, “Kagame, without naming Uganda, viciously attacked it for various strange reasons.”
What this shameless propagandist implies here is that when President Kagame states the obvious, that there are neighbors that do not want peace for Rwanda; that are working to destabilize Rwanda, it is “something strange to say”. But what would the chief propagandist of the terror group that’s in cahoots with Museveni to destabilize Rwanda say?
The liar forgets that people have seen his interviews in the Museveni government mouthpiece, New Vision. Or that the boss of RNC, Kayumba Nyamwasa too has gotten a full spread to air his anti-Rwanda messages, just like other RNC officials, turning the New Vision into a megaphone for the terror group.
Himbara can try to twist the truth, and even deceive a few gullible readers. But the truth is there for those that want it.
Himbara is a coward, and we know this because he called himself one and he acts like one. From his hiding place, behind a screen, he calls for revolutions and wars but when the decisive moment nears, he hides far away.
That is how he missed an entire liberation war smoking and wrecking families in South Africa and in Canada. His is now busy calling President Kagame, who fought not one but two liberation wars a coward.
He says the President of Rwanda fears Rwandans, how does he justify the picture below? President Kagame risked his life time and time again to save Rwandans. While Himbara and his RNC are busy hiding and tormenting innocent Rwandans in Uganda, the President of Rwanda is busy keeping Rwanda safe.
David Himbara has never done anything good for Rwanda, in fact, he has never done anything good for humanity. David, the RNC lobbyist has tried to have Genocide convicts released and conspires with Ugandan security services to harm Rwandans, and failed. He failed to break Rwandan spirit with his RNC’s grenade throwing strategy and will continue to fail because Rwanda is a brave nation headed by a Brave President.
On Sunday, he wrote an article saying President Kagame fears crowds and cleared all roads.
By Wednesday, he writes President Kagame is forcing crowds to his venue.
His confusion stems from an inhumane order by his bosses to criticize anything and everything President Kagame does. His instructions are to begin every post with “Kagame” and then follow it with a lie.
Such an order is inhumane to Himbara as he woukd prefer to spend his time defending Genocide Convicts, abusing young minds and indulging in hallucinating substances that pumps up his ego.
As a con, he probably has his sponsors, Museveni and Rujugiro, hoodwinked to a believe that his work is worth their money.
So we have to ask them, how does it feel to waste $400,000 to lobbyist and get no tangible results?
Sources say Himbara inflated the bill and conned you by at least $45,000. His lies are expensive, ineffective and now incoherent.
RNC’s Himbara manipulates electricity figures to serve more of his lies
In his most recent blogpost, the RNC’s chief propagandist, the pseudo-professor David Himbara once again betrays his true motives, which is to tear down the administration of Rwanda, but more specifically, President Kagame.
The headline says it all: “Kagame Keeps Making and Breaking Bombastic Promises on Electricity. A person that writes a headline like that is not an objective person. Such a person is motivated by ulterior motives. When it is Himbara, of course his objective is clear. He is the chief propagandist of the group that is committed to bringing back violent conflict to Rwanda. His brief is to sow discontent with, and hate for the leadership of Rwanda. The propaganda and lies he spews are always along those lines. Himbara is a liar, who is paid to lie against Rwanda and its leadership by RNC’s chief financier Tribert Rujugiro.
Cold lies
In the article in which he claims that President Kagame has “broken promises on electricity”, he cleverly picks statistics from Rwandan government websites and uses them to serve his lie du jour. He says that in 2013 “Kagame made extraordinary electricity promises” that by 2017 “70 percent of Rwandan would have access to electricity”. He follows up with similar other promises the head of state made in 2016.
The RNC propagandist – a group whose activities amongst other things is to kill or maim Rwandans with grenades, making you wonder about his concern for Rwandans that don’t have electricity! – proceeds to hit President Kagame with claims that “only 51 percent of Rwandans are said to have electricity”, and quotes amounts of electricity produced that are lower than what the President said.
Skillful liar that Himbara is, he omits all mention of those Rwandans that have for the first time in their lives, in some of the remotest villages, have access to power. The liar also omits all mention of the sabotage of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, as a factor in Rwanda’s not meeting all its electricity targets. Ethiopia had agreed to sell power to Rwanda, and the Rwanda already had in place the infrastructure, i.e. pylons, to deliver the power to intended consumers. But the power had to go through Uganda, and guess who dragged his feet on having Ethiopian electricity traverse Uganda to Rwanda?
Yoweri Museveni, aka RNC chief patron, and personal paymaster to Himbara.
But worry not Himbara, Rwanda will deliver power to all her citizens, notwithstanding a few hiccups here and there, even those caused by your “Exhibit 1510” paymaster.
David Himbara has written another of his slanders against the Rwandan President. He claims the President cleared all roads during a car free day event in Kigali. For the spokesperson of the grenade-throwing RNC to question the security precautions of the Rwandan leader is ironic! Except that Himbara is writing distortions. President Kagame did not “clear the roads”! There were crowds there. But the fellow (Himbara) is blinded by his hate for the Rwandan administration and could not even notice that the President of Rwanda was in the company of kids in the car free day.
He is, as always, manipulating his audience with a selection of pictures that he selects to fit his narrative. Himbara has been away for too long, it is possible that he is incapable of understanding the concept of a car free day. For his information, a car free day mean roads are cleared of cars!
