The weed-smoking RNC propagandist David Himbara is finally revealing one of RNC’s prime objective. To organize a boycott of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2020 (CHOGM 2020). He has been slandering Rwanda non-stop, just this year, he published over 450 blog posts targeting and defaming Rwanda’s Head of State on his blog. His latest is straight forward, he doesn’t want CHOGM 2020 to be held in Rwanda.
There are numerous reasons he lists for his objection, he claims Rwanda does not meet the criteria to host CHOGM 2020 because Rwanda protects her borders against smugglers, armed bandits and terrorist militias. The terrorist group ,Rwandan National Congress (RNC), propagandist defies logic by linking basic border security to the CHOGM.
Unbelievably, one would ask Himbara which of the 53 member states in the commonwealth allow smugglers and raiders to cross their borders unchallenged, furthermore one wonders if Himbara entered into Canada through smuggling channels which would make him blame Rwanda for criminalizing smuggling. As a terrorist group propagandist, Himbara’s protest becomes even more laughable.
It is also important to remember that Himbara is sponsored by Yoweri Museveni who has turned Uganda into a hub and safe heaven for terrorist militias. According to Virunga Post, Uganda increasingly became a safe-haven for such forces (Read). For their sponsored mouthpiece to advocate for “free movement” of people when they currently hold hundreds of innocents Rwandans in illegal detention in secret cells is cynical.
His real undeclared objective is not out of concern for freedom of movement within the commonwealth, Himbara fears his narrative will be completely destroyed with a visit of 53 Heads of Government. He is aware that they will come with international media and that all his Ugandan sponsored lies will fall apart.
David Himbara should spare his energy or use it to figure out an explanation for his smear campaign failure to his sponsor, Yoweri Museveni, since Tribert Rujugiro seems to be losing interest in him.
